Day Courses in Chamonix, Megeve & Saint Gervais les Bains
Day cooking classes are a great way to brush up on your skills or learn some new ones. Also if you are just visting the area for a short while it is an interesting way to find out something about an area's culture, history and people alongside learning some cooking skills. The day courses are fun and informal affaires run by either myself or another local chef, with a sit down lunch, a chance to take a small stroll around the area after lunch, and sometimes an option dinner at the end of the day as well.

Notes on Day Courses
Courses run with minimum 5 booked in. Optional dinner is a sociable, dinner party style 3 course dinner with wine - and is open to those not on the day course. Transport from/to Geneva can be arranged as an extra.
