We run our Gourmet Cookery courses in carefully selected character chalets in the village of Les Houches in the Chamonix Valley, from where we can easily travel throughout the Chamonix Valley as well as to Italy & Switzerland for the day. Les Houches is only a 1 hour transfer from Geneva airport making it ideal for both long weekend cookery holidays and week cooking courses. The chalets are all of a very high standard, with modern bathrooms & spa facilities, but are actually beautifully restored Savoyard Farmhouses with ambience and style. Your courses will be run from one of these luxury Alpine chalets: Chalet Vieille Savoyard, La Forge & Chalet Caro.
We run our Health & Wellbeing courses at Black Rock Ski Lodge in Les Houches. Black Rock is a newly built, eco-friendly, luxury sports chalet designed to offer sport focused alpine retreats.
